| All material is guaranteed to be
as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according
to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications
involving extra costs will become an extra cost over and above the
estimates. Extensive copywriting, illustrations, special artwork
or design costs may be billed as additional work over and above
the price shown on this estimate. All agreements contingent upon
strikes, accident or delays beyond our control. TERMS: This proposal
subject to acceptance within 30 days and is void thereafter at the
option of the above signed representative of International Advertising,
Inc. Unless otherwise stated, balance due upon receipt, all shipments
F.O.B. Miami, finance charge 1.5% per month after 30 days. Usage
rights are those stated above and granted only upon full payment
of this invoice. International Advertising, Inc. is sole owner of
all copyrights including all photography, illustrations, designs
and texts. Any reproduction in whole or in part without written
permission is strictly prohibited under U.S. and International Copyright
Laws. Above mentioned client shall be responsible for any legal
and professional fees incurred while: trying to collect on any unpaid
balance; actions taken due to copyright violation. Legal venue for
any dispute shall be Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA. The undersigned
agrees to pay the above amount for the purchase of printing and/or
services under terms and conditions set forth above. Over runs not
to exceed 10% of the amount shall constitute an acceptable delivery
and the exceeds or deficiencies shall be charged or credited to
the customer proportionately. Undersigned further agrees to pay
any and all state or local sales taxes or excise taxes where applicable
on the material covered by this order and further agrees to accept
billing for and pay such taxes or to furnish satisfactory evidence
of exemption. |
